Terms and Conditions for Testament Health and Wellness Clinic
Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Testament Health and
Wellness to its clients. By booking or attending any appointments, you agree to these Terms
and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
The Clinic offers the following services:
- Naturopathy: Naturopathy involves a holistic approach to health and well-being using a range of natural therapies. These therapies are designed to support the body’s innate ability to maintain balance and optimise health but are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
- Nutritional Therapy: Nutritional therapy provides personalised guidance on diet and lifestyle. The service includes dietary advice, recommendations on nutritional supplements, and lifestyle modifications. These approaches support general wellbeing and help optimise nutrition, without the intention of diagnosing, treating, or curing any medical condition.
- Intravenous Nutrient Therapy & Intramuscular Injections: IV nutrient therapy involves the infusion of vitamins and nutrients through an intravenous line, while intramuscular injections deliver nutrients directly into the muscle. Both therapies are designed to support hydration and overall wellness. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
- Phlebotomy: Phlebotomy services may be used to collect blood samples for the purpose of health screening and wellness assessments. These samples may be used in conjunction with advanced laboratory testing to provide insights into nutritional status, hormonal balance, or other wellness indicators. This service is offered strictly for informational and wellness purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
- Advanced Testing: Advanced testing may include laboratory analyses such as functional, nutritional, hormonal, or microbiome assessments. The purpose of these tests is to gather detailed information to support personalised wellness recommendations. Test results are interpreted from a functional health perspective and are not intended to replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. Booking and Appointment
- Appointments: Appointments can be booked online via the website or by calling the clinic. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully scheduled.

In specific circumstances, I will try to accommodate changes in date, but I cannot guarantee availability.
